About Dr. Guy
Dr. Guy E. Glad was born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin, in the heart of Packerland, and comes from a Marine Corps home. He is an ordained minister, retired Army Chaplain, a licensed marriage and family therapist, hospital-credentialed behavioral health therapist specializing in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) treatment, certified alcohol and drug addiction therapist, clinical member, and approved supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), and a published author specializing in marriage and family research, addiction treatment and recovery, and integrative Christian counseling. He formerly served as Associate Professor of Leadership and Counseling Psychology, Dean of the
School of Leadership, and the Coordinator for the Doctor of Strategic
Leadership (DSL) program at Faith International University, Tacoma, Washington, and
currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Leadership at Bakke Graduate University,
Dallas, Texas.

His education includes the Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology (B.S., University of Wisconsin); the Master of Theology degree in Pastoral Ministries (Th.M., Dallas Theological Seminary); the Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology/Marriage and Family (M.S., Texas A&M University/Central Texas); Graduate Certificate in Global Security/Terrorism Studies (American Military University); Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL, Faith International University); and the Doctor of Philosophy degree in Administration and Counseling (Ph.D. Trinity Seminary).
