Life from Death!!!

Holy Week begins with a sense of irony, clearly demonstrating the nature of the sinful human heart. The week begins with the people welcoming Jesus to Jerusalem as the King, but later in the week rejecting Him and demanding His crucifixion! Despite Jesus' deeply personal experiences of abandonment, isolation, injustice, torture, and crucifixion as a criminal, the week terminates in exultant joy and victory over sin and death because of Jesus' sacrifice for our sin, in our place, and His resurrection from the dead, displaying His victory over sin and death (1 Cor. 15)! The hope we have in Christ transcends social chaos, destructive sin, and personal disappointments, offering us stability and a future based on Jesus' sacrifice and resurrection.
Blessings and peace to you and your family this Easter season. -Guy
-1 Corinthians 15:57-58: "But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ. So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless."
