Happy post-election week!

The chaos and emotional upheaval rampant in the world today, including the US especially during the recent election cycle, challenges Christians regarding our attitude, actions, and worldview. The Bible remains the objective, eternal yardstick that reflects to us the truth of our attitudes and actions. It is way too easy for Christians to respond emotionally to an emotion-driven world. But how should we really respond? The Bible gives us all the answers we need. Of course, the overall principle for how we live our lives is 1 Corinthians 10:31: Do all for the glory of God! Too often we fail at this standard and get sucked into a worldly, secular worldview and mindset, causing us to miss the mark of God's perfect written standard.
